Dr. Mandell Reveals the Power of Prayer for Cellular Healing in Our Entire Body

Dr. Mandell, who calls himself the motivational doctor for good reasons, has a new video in which he explains the extremely positive role that prayer can play in our lives, and not in a spiritual or religious way. He claims that prayer has the power to ignite cellular healing in our organs, such as the heart, brain, lungs, and the entire body. The doctor analyzes the power of prayer only from a physiological perspective, not getting into religion or spirituality.

Dr. Mandell is famous for teaching the world how to solve specific medical problems in relatively simple ways without necessarily having to go to the doctor. For instance, he teaches us a very simple way to get rid of earwax with a simple tool that anybody has at home. In another video, he explained how we can unclog our noses with a simple massage of our sinuses. The doctor has also shared a list of foods that will destroy our liver over time.

Now, let’s go back to the prayer part. Whether we like it or not, it’s clear that atheism is on the rise across the world, which means that people who adopt this philosophy will be pretty reluctant when it comes to admitting any possible benefits of prayer. But the amazing part is that you don’t necessarily have to be religious or spiritual to benefit from the advantages that prayer can have for your physical health. That’s precisely what Dr. Mandell suggests through his video on how prayer can restore our health. Could all that be part of the “God loves everytbody” creed, including the atheists? However, we’re not here to judge anyone.

Prayer lowers stress

Dr. Mandell says that by praying, your stress level and stress hormones will decrease. This is a very important aspect, considering that stress is a pretty dangerous condition if left untreated, although people still have trouble realizing its danger. Chronic or excessive stress is known to have serious negative effects on both our physical and mental health.

For instance, chronic stress is associated with a higher risk of cardiovascular problems, such as heart disease, high blood pressure, and stroke.

The immune system could also be affected by prolonged stress, making individuals more prone to illnesses and infections.

Let’s also not forget about the possible impact that stress can have on our mental health. Sleep disturbances and cognitive function can be affected.

Homeostasis will do its thing faster

Homeostasis will do its job more efficiently because of prayer, as Dr. Mandell claims. He also says that the physiological effects of prayer play a huge role in the natural painkillers in our bodies. Even our immune system will be better equipped to fight diseases due to prayer.

Science recognizes the benefits or both prayer and meditation, according to Mandell. Many studies indicate that prayer can help a person live longer. The doctor also tells us that prayer has the power to reduce stress and anxiety.

Dr. Mandell also emphasizes that he doesn’t tell us to pray instead of getting complementary medicine. But the truth is, as he says, that over 90 percent of the world will pray somehow when their life is in crisis. Prayer is rooted in the belief that there’s a higher power somewhere out there, according to the doctor’s view.
