If yogurt is going to satisfy your craving for sweets, it’s got to be full-fat, Full-fat yogurt has the fat-soluble vitamins A and D. These nutrients will actually help to balance out some of the natural sugar in dairy products. So go ahead and indulge in your favorite yogurts like Greek, Icelandic or frozen yogurt.
2. Dark Chocolate
Dark chocolate is a great source of flavonoids, which are powerful antioxidants. These antioxidants have been shown to help stabilize blood sugars, which may help calm cravings for sweets. Plus, chocolate contains a small amount of caffeine, which may suppress your appetite and keep you feeling full.
3. Apple Cider Vinegar
