President Trump’s Eating Habits are Not Healthy

The Washington Post released a preview of a book written by Corey Lewandowski, Trump’s former campaign manager, and David Bossie, Trump’s aid. The book includes details of the food choices made by President Donald Trump and they are not very healthy.

In the book, it appears that Trump ordered for one single dinner two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish and a chocolate malted. Even those who are not aware of how many calories this dinner implies, it is still pretty clear that the number is huge: 2.400 calories in just one meal.

This dinner chosen by Trump offers the caloric energy of an entire day and 3. 400 milligrams of sodium The American Heart Association recommend around 1.500 milligrams of sodium a day. Apart from this, the meal contains no fiber and too much white bread.

His daughter, Ivanka Trump has expressed her concern in public, confessing in an interview for Barbara Walters, back in 2015, that she has asked her dad repeatedly to slow down.

President Trump is not a good example in terms of food choices, health and exercising. Basically, he is the living an unhealthy life. Since he is in the highest position of the United States of America, many believe that he should start a healthier life style and become an example for the rest of the population.
