For long periods of time people have thought that dairy products are not healthy because they can damage a person’s health. This has been confirmed by numerous researchers who have thoroughly gone over the new meta-analysis of 29 previous studies which were focused on the health risks brought by eating dairy products.

An international team of health experts took on the myth that dairy products are harmful and came to the conclusion that this is only a myth. We should mention that the reason why most people believe that dairy products are bad for your health is because they have high saturated fat contents. Well, considering how popular dairy products are in the global cuisine we are happy to announce that they are not harmful at all.
Official Statement
After completing the numerous amount of tests on dairy products, the aforementioned international health experts team stated the following: “This meta-analysis showed there were no associations between total dairy, high and low-fat dairy, milk and the health outcomes including all-cause mortality, coronary heart disease or cardiovascular disease”. Worth noting is that this statement was published in the European Journal of Epidemiology which means that it cannot get more official than this.

Even though it has been scientifically proven that dairy products do not affect one’s health, governments are still advising people to consume them in small rations. In fact, governments are warning people to be cautious about all products which have high saturated fats and to include low-fat products in their meal plans instead.
