Organic Sports Drink – Is It Really A Must?

You heard this thing a thousand times: Organic products are better than others. That’s why you probably have the impression that the organic drink you consume after training is healthier than others. It’s far from the truth.

Most sports drinks contain sugar. But your body does not make the difference between the one organic and non-organic because, well, sugar is sugar. Differences at the molecular level do not exist between the two types, and many of the organic drinks contain the same amount.

Organic beverages also contain natural dyes and flavors, but there is no significant impact on your health from artificial additives. Also, if you do not work for more than 60 minutes, you probably do not even need a sports drink – we talk about the calories that you can really miss. In addition, eating quality protein, vegetables, cereals or carbohydrates gives your body the electrolytes it needs after a workout.
