The CDC Brings Alarming News: COVID Can Spread Even in Groups Where Most Individuals Had Been Vaccinated

Officials are generally very straightforward when it comes to the vaccines for COVID. They believe that unless more and more people get them, the coronavirus will keep spreading across the world like wildfire.

Wsaz.com writes about a new study of the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention) that brings some evidence of the coronavirus spread even in groups of people where the most are vaccinated.

COVID outbreak occurs at federal prison despite that 80% of the inmates were vaccinated

The recent outbreak of the virus from a federal prison infected 172 inmates from two prison housing units. Despite the fact that 80% of the units’ inmates were vaccinated, 70% of those who were fully vaccinated got the coronavirus. Over 90% of those inmates who weren’t vaccinated got infected as well.

As for severe illness due to COVID, it was a lot more common among those who weren’t vaccinated: the hospitalization rate was roughly ten times higher for these folks compared to those who were vaccinated.

Unfortunately, we don’t have info about the location of the prison. It was probably kept secret due to privacy reasons.

According to Our World in Data, 43.7% of the planet’s population has got at least one of the vaccine doses against COVID. Also, 6 billion vaccine doses have been administered worldwide, while 28.48 million are currently administered every day.

As for the low-income countries, they’re doing very bad when it comes to COVID vaccinations, as the same source reveals: only 2% of those living in these areas have been vaccinated for the coronavirus with at least one of the doses.

  1. With the scientific fact that people fare (as a verb)much better with the vaccine than without even affected, that alone should prerequire require everyone’s vaccination.. I think the idea still is to slow isn’t to slow the dying down if not completely stop it.

  2. I got vaccinated in May. Every two weeks, I take a Covid test. Why? Because I’m hearing negative remarks about they’re not taking it because this and that. What people needs to realize is, just because you are vaccinated, and /or take a Covid test every week which is good, you must still follow the protocols. ( Mask up, washing hands, and keep your distance from people, gathering, and etc. This is a disease that won’t go away if the people don’t follow these guildlines.

    1. Thank you! People act like because they a vaccinated they shouldn’t protect the people around them that aren’t or can’t get vaccinated including certain people, small kids and babies!

    2. My dad had the covid19 shot, but he went to Maryland with my sister, they both was coughing and a head cold. My dad had to go to the hospital because he was having a hard time breathing, they test him and it was positive. So please don’t call people dumb if they want to get tested.

2000+ per day are being lost; 1 American dying in less than every minute of the 24 hr. day…….after…….day, after….. day.

Sorry for typos in previous post.

  4. Just because ur vaccinated doesn’t mean u can’t get it. The vaccine helps ur symptoms to be better. I’m fully vaccinated but I still could get it but feel safer that I won’t get it as bad. I’m much better with the vaccine than without! GO GET YOUR VACCINE!

  5. The vaccine isn’t gonna prevent you from getting the virus and the vaccine is going to help you to fight the virus with antibodies your body already has produced. No one said you wouldn’t get the virus if you got the vaccine. The vaccine helps your body fight the virus more easily by already having prepared antibodies ready in your body when the virus interested destroying it much easier much quicker. It’s not rocket science, It’s intelligent thinking

    1. Besides the vaccine, which in practice really isnt a total vaccine, like the polio vaccine, which once you take it, no more polio. How about advising the public on other treatment options besides the vaccine such as hydroxychloroquin, ivermectin, monoclonal antibodies and just plain old being healthy. For christ sakes, what other country in the world dips french fries into soft serveice cream (wendys reference)..

  6. This is not news to me I been knowing this you guys been saying it all along the vaccinated and unvaccinated can get COVID and also spread it.
The one and only purpose of the vaccine is to lessen the severity of the COVID symptoms. However that only applies to those without underlying conditions and with a high level of am immune system to defend against it should you contract Covid.

  7. If it makes you feel safer, get the vaccine. Stop lecturing the unvaccinated who have faith in their own immune systems. Vaccinated or not, you can still die from this virus. Just like any other serious virus known to man (including the flu)

    1. 99% of covid deaths are in the unvaccinated. Vaccination has proven the best defense against dying from the virus AND the best defense from having long term complications from covid.
I also have to point out something that everyone seems to forget, the unvaccinated people are the ones driving the mutations. These mutations are striving to get around the immune system and become more deadly.
Healthcare worker burnout is happening. I had to take a leave of absence for my own sanity, others are leaving completely. Believe me, if you watch someone die from this virus or even suffer from it and survive, you’d go get the vaccine.
