NYPD Demands COVID Vaccination for Participation in Certain Events

The Delta strain of COVID is spreading at an alarming rate in the US. People are getting the coronavirus easier than ever. Who knows who can be the next one infected or even admitted into the hospital for serious illness?

According to The New York Post, newly minted cops and officers from the NYPD who are climbing the ranks need to get vaccinated for COVID in order to attend their own department ceremony.

Some individuals over the age of 12 are also targeted by the vaccine mandate

The COVID vaccination mandate can also apply for all individuals over 12 years old who are willing to attend the promotion ceremonies of NYPD from August 24 at 1 Police Auditorium, August 25 at the 121 Precinct Station, as well as on August 26 at the graduation ceremony for new recruits for the Police Academy.

It will be mandatory for any guest who is above the age of 2 years old to wear a mask.
