First of all, it seems that he is infected, and he wanted to address the subject of test accuracy.

Musk is expecting the results from PCR tests
Also, he said he was also awaiting results from polymerase chain reaction (PCR) tests from different labs.

Musk also said that he’s waiting for the result from PCR tests as well. When someone asked him how he was feeling, he said that he just has some common cold symptoms and that’s all.

He did not mention the results of the tests, but here’s what he had to say.

Someone responded: “Who cares about the general population??? What about the quarter-million plus dead people, many of whom would still be alive if 45 didn’t politicize the science, which is unavoidable since so many are planning on the end of the world… religious ideas have no place in governing.”
