The covid vaccines are still an issue, and they’ve been making headlines all over the world in 2021. It’s true that together with the viable treatments, these can turn out to be the ones that will be able to help us get our normal lives back.
On the other hand, there’s been a lot of controversy around the covid vaccines these days, and these seem to continue. Not too long ago, we revealed that Pfizer has been making headlines lately due to some issues that have been popping up around their vaccine.
Also, we addressed Pfizer’s experimental oral drug that treats Covid-19 at the very first sign that will be available by the end of this year, the company’s CEO said.
The other vaccines (Moderna, Johnson & Johnson, AstraZeneca) were surrounded by scandals as well, and this led people to become extremely confused regarding the vaccines against the novel coronavirus.

People develop antibodies after one jab
The latest reports coming from The Guardian reveal that more than 90% of Britons developed antibodies to coronavirus after having one dose of the AstraZeneca or Pfizer vaccines, and almost 100% do so after their second jab research shows.
The findings are based on a study of 8,517 people in England and Wales, and these are the latest evidence to show that the two mainstays of Britain’s vaccine drive are proving highly effective.
“This is one of the earliest real-world vaccine studies in the UK, and it is fantastic news”, said Dr Maddie Shrotri, the lead author of the paper containing the findings.
She continued and said: “Over nine out of 10 adults in the UK who had either the Pfizer or AstraZeneca vaccine produced antibodies against the virus within a month of their first shot.”
