It has been revealed that there are some new dangers in the medical field coming our way. Check out the latest reports about this below.
Self-amplifying RNA shots
The next generation of RNA-based injections will undoubtedly contain self-amplifying RNA (saRNA), which may sound frightening to some. This technology brings to mind images of scientific experiments gone wrong.
Moreover, “mRNA vaccines” are actually gene therapy products (GTPs), made with modified RNA (modRNA) that hijacks our cells’ software.
Once injected, we have zero control over modRNA or saRNA, making it impossible to influence their behavior.
It is important to note that the term “self-amplifying” refers to the ability of saRNA to replicate itself repeatedly, which goes against the “central dogma of molecular biology.”
Compared to modified RNA (modRNA), a relatively small amount of self-amplifying RNA (saRNA) can produce a greater amount of antigen.
This means that a single injection of saRNA-based vaccine might be enough to trigger sufficient antibody production against a virus.
Both saRNA and modRNA serve as the blueprint for a viral protein that our cells will produce upon injection.
The protein is synthesized by the ribosomes in our cells.
Scientists have engineered the modRNA sequence by replacing natural uridines with synthetic methyl-pseudouridines.
This modification enables the vaccine to produce a maximum amount of viral antigen. The Pfizer-BioNTech and Moderna COVID-19 vaccines are based on this modified modRNA sequence.
However, saRNA does not contain methyl-pseudouridines but instead relies on natural uridines. This is because saRNA self-replicates and synthetic methyl-pseudouridines are not naturally present in our cells.
It can be quite challenging for our immune system to produce enough antibodies because of the short lifespan of mRNA, which is highly unstable. Our cells use their own machinery and natural resources to create foreign proteins, but this process can cause a significant problem.
Fortunately, saRNA is a genetically modified RNA that contains an additional sequence for the replicase.
This means that destroyed saRNA can be replaced with new saRNA since saRNA can self-replicate. Essentially, saRNA is just another form of modRNA that helps us overcome this issue.
