Minecraft started as a simple indie game and it became more popular than anyone could have guessed. The game is now available on various platforms and it even allowed cross-playability with the Better Together update. However, it appears that the developers are not done yet and they continue to enhance the game.
As it turns out, Xbox One X players will be the next ones that will receive an update, as Minecraft should release the Super Plus Pack this spring. The Super Duper Graphics Pack has also been announced, but we do not have a release date for it yet.
The Super Plus Pack will come with various enhancements
It was about time Minecraft joined the other games that came with an enhanced version for Xbox One X. When it comes to the Super Plus Pack, here is what the official description says:
“Minecraft is a game about placing blocks and going on adventures. Includes Super Duper Graphics Pack and Explorers Pack with Chinese Mythology Mashup, Natural Texture Pack, Biome Settlers Skin Pack, Battle and Beasts Skin Pack, and Campfire Tales Skin Pack. Games play better on Xbox One X.”
If you want to play with your friends, you will need an Xbox Live Gold membership which can be purchased separately. The pack should come with various add-ons, and this includes 4K enhancements that should improve the overall quality of the game.
The release date on the site is spring 2018, and it can be already pre-ordered with $39.99. Originally, the pack was supposed to be released in December this year, but it appears that the release date was extended. You will need a credit card to pre-order, but you won’t be charged until the pack is released.
