Texas AG Ken Paxton Sued Pfizer for Misrepresenting Covid-19 Vaccine Efficacy

It has been just reported that Texas AG Ken Paxton has sued Pfizer for misrepresenting COVID-19 vaccine efficacy. Check out the latest reports about this below.

Pfizer gets sued

Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton is suing Pfizer for misrepresenting the effectiveness of the pharmaceutical giant’s COVID-19 vaccine and attempting to censor public discussion of the product.

“Pfizer engaged in false, deceptive, and misleading acts and practices by making unsupported claims regarding the company’s COVID-19 vaccine in violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act,” reads a Thursday press release from Paxton.

The statement slams Pfizer for its misleading claims about the efficacy of its vaccine and its alleged campaign to intimidate people into getting vaccinated.

According to the statement, Pfizer fostered a misleading impression that the vaccine protection was durable, withheld information from the public, and embarked on a campaign to silence its critics.

Despite the fact that its clinical trial failed to measure whether the vaccine protects against transmission, Pfizer allegedly coerced people into getting vaccinated as a necessary measure to protect their loved ones.

The lawsuit claims that Pfizer silenced those who spoke up about the vaccine’s failure, labeled them as “criminals,” and accused them of spreading “misinformation.”

Moreover, Pfizer allegedly conspired with social media platforms to censor prominent truth-tellers. This behavior is unacceptable, and Pfizer must be held accountable for its actions.

More experts agree, and they are after the pharmaceuticals company as well.
