Herbicide in Drinking Water Triggers Gender Dysphoria Epidemic, RFK Jr. Says

It has been just revealed that RFK Jr. seems to know the cause of the gender dysphoria epidemic. Check out the latest reports about this below.

Herbicide in drinking water

RFK Jr. said chemicals in water supply, not climate change or mental health, cause gender confusion in youth during an interview with Dr. Jordan Peterson.

“A lot of problems we see in kids – and particularly boys – is probably under-appreciated; how much of that is coming from chemical exposures, including a lot of sexual dysphorias we are seeing,” RFK Jr. told Peterson.

“They are swimming through a soup of toxic chemicals today and many of those are endocrine disruptors.”

“If you put atrazine in a tank full of frogs, it will chemically castrate and forcibly feminize every frog. Ten percent of the male frogs will turn into fully viable females able to produce viable eggs,” he warned.

“If it’s doing that to frogs, there’s a lot of other evidence that it is doing it to human beings as well.”

David Biello wrote an article for Scientific American in March 2010 stating that around 36 million kilograms of atrazine are sprayed on farms to control grassy weeds. Unfortunately, approximately 225,000 kg of atrazine is washed away by the rain each year, sometimes affecting areas as far as 1,000 kilometers from source farms.

Biello’s article also mentions a study published in the Proceedings of the National Academy of Science (PNAS) which found that atrazine negatively impacted the reproductive capabilities of male African clawed frogs (Xenopus laevis), thereby confirming the claims made by Jones and Kennedy.

The University of California, Berkeley’s biologist, Tyrone Hayes, along with his team, conducted a study by continuously exposing 40 African clawed frogs to 2.5 parts per billion (ppb) of atrazine in water solution for three years.

The study used a level of atrazine below the EPA’s permitted limit of three ppb in drinking water.

As per the study, 30 frogs became chemically castrated and could not reproduce.

Four frogs changed their gender from male to female and were capable of producing eggs, despite being genetically male.

Four of the treated frogs were not affected by atrazine’s effects, while the remaining ones exhibited reduced male features, lacked male reproductive behavior, had severely reduced sperm, and low fertility.

“These data are consistent with effects of atrazine observed in other vertebrate classes. The present findings exemplify the role that atrazine and other endocrine-disrupting pesticides likely play in global amphibian declines,” concluded Hayes.
