Some people out there are not happy following the latest news involving Anthony Fauci and what he had to say about vaccinating kids. Check out the latest reports below.
It’s been just revealed that the White House chief medical adviser Dr. Anthony Fauci said on Wednesday that children under four years old would likely receive three doses of the covid vaccine once it’s approved. It’s also important to note the fact that he was referring to the plan as a “three-dose regimen.”
The information was shared during a White House press briefing on the covid response held on Wednesday.
“Dose and regimen for children 6 months to 24 months worked well, but it turned out the other group from 24 months to 4 years did not yet reach the level of non-inferiority, so the studies are continued.”
This is what Fauci said in response to a question from ABC News correspondent Cheyenne Haslett.
He added the following about the approval by the FDA:
“It looks like it will be a three-dose regimen. I don’t think we can predict when we will see an EUA [Emergency Use Authorization] with that.”
