Luckily for all of us, the world of the internet is teeming with delicious recipes. Anybody can learn how to cook something delicious even if he has never done it before, thanks to all those amazing YouTube channels and many other online sources. For today, let’s learn about some delicious food recipes involving fish:

Grilled salmon with lemon and dill:

To obtain grilled salmon with lemon and dill, you need to start by marinating salmon fillets in a mixture of lemon juice, olive oil, fresh dill, and minced garlic. Grill over medium-high heat until the fish becomes cooked through and the edges become slightly charred.

You can serve the meal with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice and garnish with extra dill.

Miso-glazed Cod:

You can create a savory marinade by combining soy sauce, miso paste, brown sugar, grated ginger, and mirin. Coat cod fillets with the marinade and let them sit for a minimum of half an hour. The next step is to bake in the oven until the fish is flaky and the glaze becomes caramelized. You will also have to sprinkle with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving the meal.

Thai Coconut Curry Shrimp:

In a large skillet, saute sliced bell peppers, onions, and minced garlic in coconut oil until everything is softened. Add red curry paste, coconut milk, and fish sauce to the skillet, then simmer until the sauce will thicken a bit. Feel free to stir in peeled and deveined shrimp and cook until they become pink and opaque. You can serve it over steamed jasmine rice and garnish using fresh cilantro and lime wedges.

Crispy lemon garlic Tilapia:

Feel free to dredge tilapia fillets in a mixture of garlic powder, flour, salt, and paprika. The next phase is to heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook the tilapia until golden and crispy on both sides. Remove from the skillet and set aside. Melt butter and saute minced garlic until fragrant in the same skillet. Add zest and lemon juice, then feel free to pour the mixture over the cooked tilapia. Feel free to serve the meal with a sprinkle of chopped parsley.

Pan-seared halibut with herbed butter:

Season halibut fillets with pepper and salt, then sear them in a hot skillet with melted butter until there’s a golden brown on both sides. Finish by adding a dollop of herbed butter made with chopped parsley, minced garlic, and lemon zest to each fillet.
