Inactivity in terms of physical activity is significantly associated with long-term COVID symptoms in a recent study that was conducted by researchers at the University of Sao Paulo (USP) in Brazil. The data were acquired from 614 COVID-19 survivors hospitalized between March and August 2020 and followed up between October 2020 and April 2021.
