FDA Authorizes New Antibody Treatment for Covid 19

It’s been revealed that the FDA is authorizing new covid treatment. Check out the latest reports below.

On Friday, the US Food and Drug Administration authorized a new monoclonal antibody therapy that appears to work against the omicron variant of covid 19.

This is about Bebtelovimab which is made by Eli Lilly – it’s important to note the fact that this is authorized for use in patients 12 and up who have mild or moderate covid 19 and are at high risk for severe disease.

The antibody should be used when other treatments for high-risk patients are either unavailable or inappropriate and given within the first seven days of symptoms, the FDA said.

“Today’s action makes available another monoclonal antibody that shows activity against omicron, at a time when we are seeking to further increase supply.”

This is what Dr. Patrizia Cavazzoni, director of the FDA’s Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, said in a statement.

She continued and said the following:

“This authorization is an important step in meeting the need for more tools to treat patients as new variants of the virus continue to emerge.”

CNET also revealed that the day before the FDA authorized the new antibody, the US Department of Health and Human Services announced that the federal government had purchased 600,000 courses of the treatment and will be shipping them out to states — half of the doses this month and the other half in March.

Natural covid immunity is recognized

It’s been revealed that back in October 2020, just two months before the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) first granted emergency use authorization for COVID-19 vaccines, Dr. Rochelle Walensky, who went on to become director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) under the Biden administration, claimed that vaccines would be needed to achieve herd immunity.

It was said back then that this was because “there is no evidence for lasting protective immunity to SARS-CoV-2 following natural infection”.

A publication has been addressing the “lies” that CDC has been telling people deliberately about natural vs vaccine-induced immunity in front of Covid 19.
