Eggs are basic ingredients in many dishes. But not to be replaced. They can be successfully substituted by other natural ingredients that you probably have not even thought about. Here are some quick tips to replace your eggs with vegetarian ingredients to cook your favorite recipes.

Apple sauce

Apple sauce is an ideal replacement for egg in the preparation of sweets. A quarter cup of apple sauce, along with a teaspoon of bicarbonate, successfully substituted an egg. And it’s much more delicious.

How to make apple sauce

Ingredients: 300 g apple, 10 g flour, 10 g sugar.

The preparation of apple sauce is very simple and as you will see how it makes this really healthy sauce as it keeps most of the vitamins and nutrients in the fruit. Here’s what steps to take to prepare apple sauce:

Keep half the amount of raw fruit.

The rest of the fruit is cooked with the bark and the kernel, and the juice is obtained.

Add to this juice the flour, diluted separately in a little cold water, sugar and butter.

Allow the mixture to boil several times until it thickens.

The uncooked apples, sliced their slices and prepared a juice from either the blender or the fruit juicer.

Then strain the resulting apple juice. The juice thus obtained add it to the sauce at the time of serving to keep the fruit vitamins.

Flaxseed

Flax seeds are considered to be superfoods, rich in all the vitamins our body needs, but also in minerals and active substances.

Nutritionists warn that in order to enjoy all the nutritional qualities of flax seeds, they should be consumed after they have been left soaked for 6 hours or after they have been milled. Grounded seeds mixed with water create a sticky texture that can help to bind the ingredients. It is also full of protein and omega 3.

1 tablespoon of flax seed + 3 tablespoons of water = 1 egg.

Bananas

Like apple sauce, bananas are naturally sweet. They also have strong binding properties when used in cooking baked products.

1/2 banana = 1 egg

Sodium bicarbonate / powder

When you need to get a fluffy preparation with a plus of flavor, sodium bicarbonate and baking powder can do wonders.

1 teaspoon baking powder + 1 1/2 tablespoons of water + 1 oil or 1 1/2 tablespoons of vinegar + 1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate = 1 egg.
